The founder of TBF, Angela Christopher is the Owner of Anytime Fitness Greenwood, a Certified Personal Trainer, and IFPA Figure Pro actively enriching the lives of everyone she meets creating a community of likeminded people who love a challenge; seek creative ways to be healthy and desire mental strength.
