At Total Body Fitness (TBF), we believe in only the highest standards of physical fitness training which includes focusing on physical fitness, nutrition and mental wellness. 


The founder of TBF, Angela Christopher is the Owner of Anytime Fitness Greenwood, a Certified Personal Trainer, and IFPA Figure Pro actively enriching the lives of everyone she meets creating a community of likeminded people who love a challenge; seek creative ways to be healthy and desire mental strength.

Getting you in shape is her goal; whether that be face to face or virtually.
