It's the end of the year and your last chance to really prep yourself BEFORE the New Year rush. We often make excuses about how we will start at the beginning of the year; but the truth is if you can't commit now you may end up falling off course again even if you do start in January.
Our 21 Workouts in 21 Days is an online challenge that has a calendar filled with 21 workouts links on the Total Body Fitness app. Each day, click on the appropriate link for the day and complete the workout. Most workouts are less than 15 minutes.
