2 Week Bootcamp Challenge

The 14  Day Workout Challenge, is designed by a professional fitness coach, scientifically proven to help improve fitness and health. Stick with the program and after 14 days and you'll be on your way to a healthier you. 

Total Body Fitness Challenges aren't just workouts, they are "sessions".  You aren't just watching a video; you're actually training w/ Angela and she can see you to provide you with instant feedback and coaching. No more guessing if your form is correct or slacking off b/c no one can see you.  We're in this together  and realize most people need support to make it happen which is why  we're doing the workouts with you and coaching you in the process. 

We will help you find the best system to help you achieve the results you want. No matter if you’re looking to lose weight, increase energy, increase your performance in a specific sport or in the gym, we have a system specifically designed to help you meet and/or exceed those goals.

2 Week Challenge  Includes

  • 21 days of unlimited access to all pro features in the Total Body Fitness app.  

  • Live workouts w/ Angela .  Don't worry if you miss the live workout it will be recorded for you to complete the workout later or if you're a "beast" do it again!!!

The Workout Schedule

You'll participate in a total of 5 live workouts a week @ 6:30 am approximately 30 mins including: 

  • 10 minute HIIT warmup

  • 20-30 minute structured workout 

  • 3-5 min cooldown/stretch

  • Additional bonus workouts

What Do I Need

All workouts will be performed LIVE via a Zoom Link 

  • You will need internet access.

  • You must download the Total Body Fitness app to access the Live Training (once you sign up a link will be sent to you prior to the workouts starting

  • A set of dumbbells and a fitness mat

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can't do the live workout @ 6:30 am

  • No problem, that's why all workouts will be recorded and uploaded to the app for you do at a later time 

I have injuries can I still do the workouts?

  • During the live workouts I will always provide you w/ modifications.  Depending upon the severity of your injury you may want to consult your physician just to be sure.

Do you provide info on what to eat?

  • YES.   Working out is only 50% of what you need.  Making sure you know what to eat is key so you will be given a guide to follow.  Other questions you have can be asked on the TBF app and someone from our team will answer.
